Safari Experience

Camp Xakanaxa offers one of the Okavango Delta's finest combinations of land and water activities. Morning and afternoon game drives explore the diverse habitats of Moremi Game Reserve, where lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, giraffe, wild dog, hyena and countless antelope species roam freely across floodplains, woodland and open grasslands.

Motorised boat safaris reveal another side of the Delta, gliding through tranquil channels and lagoons lined with papyrus reeds where hippos wallow, crocodiles bask and elephants regularly cross between islands. Experiencing the same wilderness from both vehicle and boat creates a wonderfully varied safari that changes with every outing.
