Safari Experience

Traditional mokoro excursions offer an altogether quieter experience. Drifting silently through papyrus and water lilies allows guests to appreciate the smaller details of the Delta, from colourful kingfishers and bee-eaters to the elusive sitatunga antelope that gives the island its name.

Guided walks introduce another perspective, exploring nearby islands on foot and uncovering animal tracks, plants and the intricate ecology that makes the Okavango one of Africa's great wildernesses.
