The Chongwe Suites comprise two beautifully designed private safari residences, each enjoying its own riverside setting, dedicated staff and complete privacy. While sharing the same exceptional location and personalised safari experience, each suite has been thoughtfully created for a different style of stay.

Cassia Suite

Designed exclusively for couples and honeymooners, the one-bedroom Cassia Suite combines understated elegance with complete seclusion. Wildlife & Seasons

Open from April until mid-November, the Chongwe Suites reveal a different side of the Lower Zambezi throughout the safari season. Early months bring lush riverbanks, outstanding birdlife and excellent opportunities to encounter African wild dogs, while the dry season concentrates wildlife along the Zambezi and Chongwe Rivers. Canoeing, boating and walking safaris are particularly rewarding from July onwards, when visibility improves and wildlife gathers along the water's edge.
