Ottimo brings an Italian emphasis to the collection, including fresh pasta and familiar regional dishes. Its approachable style works particularly well for families, while still offering a distinct change of mood and flavour from the main restaurant.

East introduces Asian cuisine in a more intimate evening setting. The Jetty, positioned beside the water, focuses on seafood and grilled dishes, with the shoreline lending dinner a particularly strong sense of place.
