Cook’s Club has a personality of its own. The hotel takes its cues from the easier side of Mediterranean life, using natural textures, warm neutral tones and plenty of greenery to create spaces that feel informal and inviting. At its centre are two outdoor pools, surrounded by loungers and terraces where much of the day unfolds to a carefully judged soundtrack.

The rooms provide a calm backdrop to the more expressive spaces elsewhere in the hotel. Comfort Rooms with Garden View look towards the surrounding planting, while Double and Twin Inland View Rooms offer the same clean contemporary approach with private balconies extending the living space outdoors.

Interiors keep things simple and tactile, combining pale finishes with natural materials and muted colours. The emphasis is on comfortable, uncomplicated spaces to return to after a day around the pool, on the beach or exploring Corfu, with balconies providing a private spot for a slower start to the morning.

Dining

Food is one of the most individual aspects of Cook’s Club Corfu. Cantina moves away from conventional hotel dining with its parea inspired approach, placing dishes in the middle of the table as they are prepared and turning meals into something to share. The menu travels widely, from Asian and American street food influences to Greek regional cooking, with healthy and plant based choices woven throughout.

Campiello brings the focus firmly back to Corfu. Served beneath the evening sky, its à la carte menu draws on recipes associated with generations of Corfiot cooking alongside the Venetian influences that have long shaped the island’s food. It gives dinner a strong sense of place and provides a more intimate contrast to the easygoing atmosphere around Cantina.

The Feel Free concept allows food and selected drinks to be ordered throughout the day, including barista coffee, cocktails and made to order dishes. Captain Cook’s keeps refreshments close to the pool, so lunch can stretch into the afternoon without interrupting a particularly comfortable day on the lounger.

Experience

The pools are the natural meeting point, and this is where Cook’s Club finds its rhythm. Resident DJs provide the soundtrack, cocktails arrive at the lounger and the atmosphere moves easily between lazy afternoons and livelier evenings. Live performances appear through the weekly programme too, giving different days their own character.

Yoga, Pilates, sound healing, fitness classes and tennis offer plenty of reasons to get moving, while experiences such as a visit to a local kumquat producer bring a little Corfiot flavour into the programme. Gouvia Beach is within walking distance, and the concierge can arrange a wider exploration of the island when the pull of Corfu’s coastline and villages becomes irresistible.

Wellness

The spa provides its own change of tempo with a hammam, sauna and a menu of massages, while the fitness centre and regular yoga sessions make wellness easy to build into the day. It all fits comfortably with the character of Cook’s Club, whether that means starting the morning actively or disappearing for a massage after a long afternoon in the sun.
