Valmar makes the most of a particularly green stretch of Corfu's southeast coast. Dining gives Valmar much of its personality, with four restaurants moving well beyond the expectations of a conventional all inclusive resort. Valle is the main restaurant, while Gill & Olive concentrates on fish and Mediterranean flavours in a setting naturally suited to the coast.

Viru is the most unexpected addition, bringing Peruvian fusion cooking into the mix and giving evenings a completely different flavour. The Pool Restaurant keeps daytime dining relaxed, while terrace bars provide natural meeting points for drinks as the sun begins to disappear over the island. Together, the different venues give the all inclusive concept enough variety to remain interesting throughout a longer stay.

Experience

Three outdoor pools create different centres of activity across the resort, including a dedicated children's pool, while the beachfront provides an immediate change of scene when the Ionian proves too tempting. Sun terraces and gardens connect the different areas, allowing days to move easily between swimming, lunch and time beside the sea.
