The Raw Bar introduces a sharper, more contemporary feel with sushi, seafood and cocktails close to the water, while the vaulted N Bar shifts the tone again after dark with softer lighting, music and a more intimate atmosphere. The contrast between the dining and bar spaces gives the hotel plenty of variety without losing its strong sense of identity.
