Dining is proportionate to the scale of the hotel but given proper focus. Mediterraneo leads with a more structured Mediterranean menu, while Oceano centres on seafood with a direct connection to the coastal setting.

The Sunset Terrace and bar act as the main social points later in the day, positioned to take advantage of the light across the water, with service extending naturally between restaurant, terrace and poolside rather than being confined to one space.

Experience
