Directly on Amnisos Beach on Crete's northern coast, Unique Blue Resort is an adults only five star retreat where 125 rooms and suites, a broad pool terrace and relaxed Mediterranean dining are arranged around life beside the Cretan Sea.

The sea is the defining feature here. Gardens and terraces lead directly towards the hotel's private section of beach, while the open layout keeps water and sky in view from many of the shared spaces. Dining

Unique Blue Restaurant is the main dining room, bringing Greek, Mediterranean and international flavours together with panoramic views across the Cretan Sea. Breakfast and dinner are generous affairs, with plenty of local influence alongside the wider choice expected from a five star resort.

Blue On The Beach moves dining down towards the shoreline, giving lunch and daytime drinks an appropriately relaxed setting beside the sea. Blue Bar and Aqua Bar carry that atmosphere through the rest of the day, from refreshments around the pool to cocktails as the light begins to soften across the coast.

Experience

The large outdoor pool forms the social heart of Unique Blue, surrounded by sun terraces and gardens and only moments from the sand. The private beach area is equally inviting, with loungers beside the Cretan Sea making it easy to alternate between swimming in the pool and heading straight into the water.
