Eagles Villas occupies a separate hillside position above the Athos Peninsula coastline, where a collection of private pool villas is set apart from the main resort with uninterrupted views across the Aegean.

The layout is defined by spacing and elevation, with each villa positioned individually rather than grouped, using the slope to maintain clear sightlines and distance between residences. Access routes are discreet and indirect, reinforcing the sense of separation from the main resort below.

Construction follows a consistent Mediterranean approach, with low-profile forms, natural finishes and planting used to integrate the villas into the hillside. Terraces and outdoor areas are forward-facing, ensuring that the sea remains the primary reference point from each position.

Staying

Villas are designed as self-contained units, with internal space extending directly onto terraces where the pool becomes the focal point of the layout. Living and sleeping areas are arranged to prioritise outward views rather than internal division.

Category differences are defined by scale and positioning, with Junior Pool Villas forming the entry level and Residential Two and Three Bedroom Pool Villas offering increased space and separation. Private gardens and more exposed positions towards the front of the site distinguish the higher categories.

Dining is split between the villas and the main Eagles Resort, with Lofos Restaurant acting as the closest option for breakfast and evening meals within the villas area. Melathron Buffet Restaurant and additional venues below extend the range without concentrating dining in a single location.

This arrangement allows movement between settings depending on time of day, with more informal dining near the villas and broader options available across the main resort. In-villa dining provides a further alternative, maintaining privacy when required.

Experience

The villas operate independently but remain connected to the wider resort through shared facilities, including the beach, water sports centre and tennis courts. Access is managed via a dedicated club car service, keeping movement separate from the main guest flow.

The Yacht Club and organised activities extend beyond the immediate site, but the primary experience remains centred on the villa space and its immediate surroundings.

Wellness

Eagles Spa is located within the main resort, offering an indoor pool, treatment rooms and fitness facilities. It functions as a secondary space to the villas, reached by transfer rather than integrated into the immediate setting.

Where

Situated near Ouranoupoli and approximately 110 kilometres from Thessaloniki Airport, the villas maintain physical separation from the main resort while remaining within its operational footprint on the Athos Peninsula.
