Sani Dunes sits on the edge of Cape Sani within Sani Resort, where a more contemporary, open-plan approach to design is combined with direct beach access and one of the largest pool environments in the region.

The layout is structured around a central lagoon-style pool that runs through the property, effectively linking accommodation, terraces and communal areas into a continuous flow. Buildings are low-rise and evenly spaced, allowing clear sightlines across the resort and towards the sea.

This creates a more horizontal, open feel than elsewhere in Sani, where movement is guided by the pool and surrounding walkways rather than enclosed corridors or concentrated hubs.

Dining is arranged across a small number of distinct venues. The Market operates as a central, informal restaurant, while Beach House is positioned closer to the shoreline with a more relaxed daytime focus. Fresco provides a more defined evening setting, and the Wine Bar functions as a separate, standalone space rather than an extension of the restaurants.

The Dine Around programme extends options across Sani Resort, but the core venues here are concentrated within a short walking distance of each other.

Experience

The pool acts as the primary organising feature of the resort, with its scale allowing for multiple zones rather than a single shared area. The beach sits directly beyond, accessed without transition spaces, maintaining a continuous link between pool and shoreline.

Activities are largely drawn from the wider Sani infrastructure, with sports, entertainment and marina access available nearby rather than embedded within the immediate layout.
