Theros All Suite Hotel

Mazi gives the hotel's food a distinctly local foundation, with Greek and Mediterranean cooking shaped by vegetables from a nearby garden, produce from Kos farms and carefully selected ingredients from elsewhere in Greece. It is a natural fit for a hotel that places so much emphasis on the landscape and the pleasures of summer.

The restaurant moves easily between its indoor and outdoor spaces, while the all day pool bar keeps things informal around the water with drinks and lighter dishes. Breakfast can be taken slowly, lunches drift into afternoons beside the pool and evenings retain the same easy atmosphere that runs through the rest of the hotel.

Experience
