Grace Mykonos

Above the sandy curve of Agios Stefanos Beach, Grace Mykonos is an intimate five star hotel of just 25 rooms and suites, pairing beautiful Aegean views with private plunge pools and the whitewashed glamour of Mykonos on a refreshingly small scale.

Grace has always made the most of its position. The hotel climbs gently above the bay, allowing the sea to fill the view from its terraces and pool, with Agios Stefanos directly below and the boats crossing the Aegean providing an ever changing backdrop. Following a complete renovation in 2023, its familiar Cycladic whites have been softened with warmer textures, natural materials and a touch of bohemian character.

There is an intimacy here that suits Mykonos particularly well. The pool terrace becomes the natural heart of the hotel, yet with only 25 rooms it retains the feeling of a private gathering place rather than a sprawling resort. Spend the afternoon here and everything you really need is within a few steps, from a swim and a long lunch to another drink as the sun begins its descent towards the sea.

Rooms & Suites

Every room and suite has a balcony or terrace, making outdoor space an integral part of the accommodation rather than an occasional extra. Deluxe Rooms begin the collection with sea view and private plunge pool options, while Junior, Superior and Premium Suites provide progressively more room to settle in.

The private plunge pool categories are where Grace becomes particularly tempting. Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suites can be paired with their own pool and sea view, while the Premium, Mykonos and Grace Suites combine larger interiors with private water and broad Aegean panoramas. Two bedroom accommodation provides an excellent option for friends or families travelling together, including a version with its own plunge pool.

Inside, the mood remains bright and unmistakably Mykonian. White and cream tones are warmed by tactile fabrics and natural finishes, leaving the saturated blue beyond the windows to provide most of the colour.

Dining

Grace Restaurant keeps dining closely tied to the sea and the pool terrace. Contemporary Greek and Mediterranean flavours shape the menus, with fresh island ingredients lending themselves naturally to the lighter style of cooking that feels right in the Mykonos sunshine.

Breakfast deserves to be taken slowly here. Served à la carte, it turns the first part of the morning into something worth lingering over rather than a prelude to the day, particularly with a table facing the Aegean. Lunch continues beside the pool, while dinner takes on a different mood as the light changes over Agios Stefanos.

The bar follows the same easy rhythm, moving from cold drinks around the pool to cocktails as evening approaches. It is one of those places where ordering one more and watching the last light disappear over the water often seems a much better idea than rushing off to Mykonos Town.

Experience

The swimming pool is the social heart of Grace, with loungers arranged around the terrace and the Aegean stretching away beyond its edge. Its elevated position gives the whole area a wonderful sense of openness, while the small number of rooms keeps the atmosphere personal.

Agios Stefanos Beach is around 100 metres away, putting a proper sandy beach within an easy walk whenever the sea calls. Snorkelling, diving, canoeing, cycling and horse riding can all be arranged, and the concierge team can open up the rest of Mykonos through boat trips, beaches and island experiences.

Wellness

The spa offers a more secluded side to Grace, with a hammam, sauna, steam facilities and treatment spaces for massages and beauty therapies. It is particularly welcome after a day spent exploring the island, providing somewhere to retreat before the evening begins.

Grace works equally well when very little is planned. A late breakfast, a swim, the short walk down to Agios Stefanos and an afternoon back beside the pool can fill a day remarkably easily, with Mykonos Town waiting whenever you want a change of pace.
