Noa Greek Restaurant puts the island firmly on the plate, taking the flavours and ingredients of Greece and giving them a polished contemporary setting. Dinner feels particularly well matched to Kyma, with the lights of Mykonos Town beginning to appear below as the last colour leaves the Aegean.

The pool bar has a more relaxed rhythm, keeping drinks and lighter dishes close at hand throughout the day before easing naturally into sunset cocktails. It makes the pool terrace somewhere you can happily remain from a late morning swim until it is time to think about dinner.
