The hotel is arranged as a series of standalone villas across a hillside above Elia, with each unit positioned to face the sea and remain separate from the next. There are no long corridors or central blocks, instead the layout moves between private spaces and a small shared core around the pool and restaurant. Most of the experience happens within your own villa, with the wider hotel acting as a light framework rather than the main focus.

Staying

Accommodation is entirely villa based, ranging from one bedroom options through to larger multi bedroom layouts, all built around outdoor living. Each includes a private pool or outdoor jacuzzi, with terraces used as the main living space, set up for dining, lounging and long periods outside.

Interiors are simple and functional, designed to support the outdoor space rather than compete with it, with layouts that prioritise privacy and ease over decorative detail.

Dining is centred around one main restaurant and one bar. The Restaurant focuses on Mediterranean cuisine using local ingredients, served in a sea facing setting, while the bar supports this through the day with drinks and lighter options either poolside or delivered to the villas.

Experience

The main pool and terrace form the only shared social space, though most guests remain within their villas for much of the day. Elia Beach and Agrari Beach are both close by, with water sports and beach clubs easily accessible.

Activities such as snorkelling, diving and boat trips can be arranged, but the pace here is generally slower, with the focus staying on space and privacy.
