Andronis Minois is a five-star suite-led retreat near Parasporos Beach in Paros, combining a structured hillside layout with sea-facing terraces and a stronger focus on dining and wellness than many properties in the area.

Set across a gently tiered site above the coastline, the hotel is arranged as a series of low-rise buildings stepping down towards the sea, with pathways linking suites, pool areas and dining spaces. The layout is open but organised, with clear transitions between zones — from reception through to the main terrace, then down towards the pool and restaurant areas, all oriented to make the most of the views.

The central pool and terrace form the core of the hotel, with wide lounging areas and direct access to both restaurants, creating a natural flow between swimming, dining and social spaces. Movement across the property feels intuitive, with everything within easy reach but still spaced enough to avoid crowding.

Staying

The 44 suites are designed with space in mind, each opening onto a private veranda or balcony, many with sea views. Layouts are straightforward and comfortable, with larger suite categories offering more generous outdoor areas and improved positioning within the property. The emphasis is on usable space rather than overcomplication, with terraces playing a key role in how each suite is experienced.

There are two restaurants and one bar. Olvo Restaurant focuses on Mediterranean dishes with a stronger seafood influence, while Amvrosia Restaurant covers Greek cuisine and breakfast service. Both are positioned to take advantage of the sea views, with outdoor seating forming a large part of the experience. The poolside bar runs throughout the day with drinks and lighter options, keeping everything centred around the main terrace.

Experience

The main pool sits at the heart of the hotel, surrounded by loungers and connected directly to the bar and dining areas. Parasporos Beach is around 300 metres away, giving quick access to the sea without needing to rely on transport. Beyond the hotel, activities such as diving and horse riding are available across the island, while Parikia offers a wider mix of restaurants, shops and nightlife within a short drive.

Wellness

Aura Spa includes a hammam, sauna and treatment rooms, with a full range of massage and beauty therapies available. There is also a fitness centre, giving the property a more complete wellness setup compared to many nearby hotels.
