Parocks Luxury Hotel & Spa is a five-star beachfront retreat in Ambelas, Paros, where rooms, pool and dining all sit facing the sea, leading directly down to a quieter stretch of coast.

Everything here is oriented towards the water. From your room, the view pulls you outward to the main pool terrace, and from there it’s a short continuation down to the beach. The hotel doesn’t spread or fragment — it works in a clear front-facing line, keeping the sea constantly in sight and easy to reach.

The pool terrace acts as the central point, with loungers, the bar and restaurant all positioned around it, so the day naturally moves between these spaces without needing to think about where to go next. The beach extends that same flow rather than feeling separate, making the whole place feel connected rather than divided into zones.

Staying

The 30 rooms and suites follow a strong indoor-outdoor setup, each opening onto a terrace or balcony, many with uninterrupted sea views. A large number include private pools or outdoor hot tubs, shifting the experience towards something more private and self-contained. The layouts are clean and uncluttered, with outdoor space doing most of the work in how each room is lived in.

There is one main restaurant and one bar. Auriga sits facing the sea and carries most of the dining, serving Mediterranean dishes with a focus on local produce across breakfast and evening service. Its position and scale make it a central part of the stay rather than an add-on.

The Klio pool bar runs alongside the main terrace, keeping drinks and lighter dishes within the same space throughout the day. Rather than multiple venues, everything stays concentrated around the pool and sea-facing edge, which fits the hotel’s layout.

Experience

Days are split between the pool and the beach, both set up with loungers and easy access to food and drinks. The setting is quieter than Naoussa, so the pace stays slower, with less emphasis on coming and going. Watersports, cycling and boat trips can be arranged, but the main appeal is staying put and making full use of the coastal position.

Wellness

The Aphrodite Spa includes a sauna, hammam, indoor pool and treatment rooms, alongside a fully equipped gym and tennis court. It’s a more complete setup than many hotels nearby, giving proper weight to the wellness side of the stay.

Where

The hotel is located in Ambelas, close to Naoussa, around 2.6 km from the Wine Museum, 4.1 km from the harbour and approximately 22 km from Paros Airport, offering a quieter coastal base with straightforward access to the island’s main town.
