The apartments are particularly appealing for longer stays, adding kitchen facilities and separate living space while retaining the easy atmosphere of a boutique hotel. The rooftop One Bedroom Apartment takes the experience higher above the shoreline, while the two bedroom options work particularly well for friends travelling together.

Dining

Mornings begin with a generous breakfast built around locally produced and organic ingredients, with buffet, continental and vegetarian choices reflecting the hotel's fresh, uncomplicated approach. It suits Seesoo perfectly, particularly when breakfast can be allowed to drift into a long morning beside the water.

The bar becomes the natural gathering point as the day progresses, serving drinks within sight of the pool and sea. Sunset is the moment everything comes together, when the hotel's west facing position delivers a beautiful evening sky and there is little reason to move far from the garden or beach.

Experience

The Aegean is very much part of the stay rather than simply the view. A private beach area provides direct access to the water, while this side of Paros is particularly well known for windsurfing and other water sports. Snorkelling, diving, canoeing, cycling, hiking and horse riding offer plenty of ways to see more of the island when a day beside the pool feels too tempting to repeat.

Pounda is also the departure point for nearby Antiparos, opening up another island for leisurely lunches, beaches and wandering through its pretty main town. Back at Seesoo, the pleasure lies in how quickly life contracts again to a few favourite places between the gardens and the sea.

Seesoo sits directly on the coast at Pounda in southwest Paros, within easy reach of the island's water sports scene and the ferry across to Antiparos. Parikia and its harbour are also readily accessible, making this a lovely base for combining slow beachfront days with time discovering both islands.
