Bellevue On The Beach Suites sits on the northern edge of Rhodes Town facing the Aegean, offering a small scale beachfront stay built around spacious suite living and uninterrupted sea views.

The building runs parallel to the shoreline, with its entire layout oriented towards the water so that most spaces open outward rather than back into the city. From the moment you step inside, the focus is clear, with sightlines drawn straight through to the sea and natural light carrying through the structure.

The layout moves upward rather than outward, with suites arranged across levels and shared spaces positioned to take advantage of elevation. This culminates at the rooftop, where the perspective shifts from street level to open horizon, giving the property a clear sense of progression as you move through it.

Staying

Accommodation is entirely suite based, ranging from one and two bedroom layouts through to larger options such as the Penthouse Suite and Windmill Suite, all designed with a more residential approach rather than standard hotel formatting. Living space is a key part of the setup, with separate seating areas and, in some cases, dining space and kitchenettes that allow for a more flexible stay.

Outdoor areas play an important role, with balconies and terraces positioned to face the sea wherever possible, shaping how the rooms are used throughout the day and reinforcing the connection to the waterfront setting.

There is one main restaurant, Bellevue Restaurant, supported by a bar and café, keeping the dining setup simple and easy to navigate. The restaurant focuses on Greek, Mediterranean and Italian dishes using local ingredients, with service across breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the bar and café provide drinks and lighter options throughout the day in more relaxed settings.

Experience

The hotel includes two pools, one outdoor and one rooftop indoor pool which is heated during the cooler months, making it usable beyond the peak season. The rooftop acts as the main shared space, combining the pool with open views across the Aegean, while the beach sits directly opposite the hotel, accessed by crossing the road.

Days here tend to balance between time at the hotel and time exploring Rhodes Town, with the centre within easy walking distance and the old town close enough for regular visits, while additional activities such as water sports and guided tours can be arranged when needed.

Where

The hotel is located on the northern tip of Rhodes Town directly opposite the beach, around 700 metres from the centre and approximately 2 kilometres from the Medieval City, with Rhodes International Airport around 14 kilometres away, making access straightforward throughout the stay.
