Come evening, the choice broadens considerably. Agistri celebrates Greek seafood, La Cucina turns towards Italy, Takara brings Asian flavours to the table and Yume Mou concentrates on Japanese cuisine. Thalatta completes the collection with a more refined fine dining experience for an evening when you want dinner to become the event itself.

There is just as much variety after dinner. Blanc de Blancs occupies a sea view terrace, Atmos Sky Lounge pairs drinks with wide Aegean views, Enoteca Da Giovanni explores wine and food pairings, and Esplendido brings together cigars and aged spirits for a rather different end to the evening.

Experience

The large outdoor pool provides the natural daytime centre of the resort, but Vlicha Beach below is far too inviting to admire only from above. Full beach facilities make it easy to settle beside the sea, allowing days to move between salt water, pool and your own private terrace almost without thinking about it.

There is plenty to draw you away from the sunbed when the mood takes you. Yoga and aqua yoga sessions, fitness classes and water sports bring activity into the day, while hiking and cycling offer another way to experience the landscape around Lindos.
