Ozen Reserve Bolifushi

OZEN Reserve Bolifushi in South Malé Atoll is a private island resort where expansive villas, exceptional inclusions and one of the atoll's finest house reefs create a stay that feels notably more generous than most Maldives resorts.

Bolifushi is larger than many islands in the Maldives, giving the resort a sense of space that becomes apparent from the moment you arrive. Wide beaches curve around much of the shoreline, tropical vegetation softens the pathways between villas and facilities, and the lagoon provides a constant backdrop to life on the island. Vista del Mar serves international cuisine throughout the day with views across the lagoon, while Saffron focuses on traditional Indian cooking prepared with considerable depth and authenticity. At Sangu, Middle Eastern influences take centre stage in a relaxed beachfront setting, while Origine specialises in seafood and carefully selected wines for more refined evening dining.

Soyi introduces Japanese flavours to the island's culinary offering, ensuring genuine variety over longer stays. Combined with premium wines, cocktails and spirits included through the Reserve Plan, dining here becomes one of the resort's strongest features rather than simply a supporting element of the holiday.

Experience

Much of daily life revolves around the water. The house reef is regarded as one of the strongest in South Malé Atoll and provides excellent snorkelling directly from the island. The PADI dive centre arranges trips to nearby sites, while kayaking, paddle sports and other non motorised activities make full use of the lagoon.

Beyond the water, guests can explore the island by bicycle, enjoy organised excursions, spend time around the pools or join activities taking place throughout the week. Families are particularly well catered for, with dedicated facilities for younger guests alongside the more tranquil areas sought by couples.
