Crafted by acclaimed French landscape architect Philippe Niez, the villa’s fragrant gardens are an immediate delight, blending seamlessly with the island’s natural beauty. The expansive outdoor spaces are thoughtfully arranged for genuine island living, with plenty of room for children to play. Relax on sun loungers by the pool, sip a cocktail in a shaded nook, or showcase your culinary talents with a sunset barbecue for everyone to enjoy.

Indoors

Warm and grounded, the villa’s interior balances comfort with refined style. Exposed ceiling beams, ethnic-inspired rugs, and subtle artwork complement the soft white tones in the living and dining areas, fostering a peaceful haven to truly unwind. The main villa features four air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms accommodating up to eight guests in comfort. For larger groups, a separate 70 sqm (753 sq. ft) guest house provides space for two more. Good to Know

The renowned Sostis beach is just 750 metres away—its crystal-clear waters are ideal for swimming and diving, though it remains unorganised and popular with nudists.
