Lugano Villa

A stylish reflection of the cosmopolitan Mykonos lifestyle with a traditional heart, Villa Lugano sits on a wind-protected rock above the waters of Agios Lazaros Bay, with uninterrupted sea views stretching to the islands of Paros and Naxos.

Serenity, space, and calm define the setting, while Mykonos Town is around 5 km away and Psarou Beach is a 10-minute drive—close enough for nights out, yet far enough to keep the mood quiet at home. Gather up to 11 guests and settle into a villa designed for unhurried days by the sea.

Outdoors

With clear skies and open water as far as the eye can see, the views from Lugano’s terrace feel wide and uninterrupted. Elegant lounging areas and Mediterranean planting complement the villa’s Cycladic lines, while the infinity pool becomes the natural centre of the day—ideal for slow swims and long afternoons on a comfortable sunbed. Multiple outdoor dining spots and a barbecue make it easy to share alfresco meals as a group, whether you stay in for the evening or plan dinner out before exploring the island.

Indoors

Filled with natural light, Lugano’s interiors blend traditional details with the comforts of a welcoming home, creating a relaxed, understated feel. Soft furnishings, all-white walls, and wooden ceilings keep the spaces calm and airy. The fully equipped kitchen supports easy holiday cooking, served in the bright dining area, while the bedrooms are designed for privacy and rest, with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and sea-view windows—an easy home base for 11 guests.

Good to Know

Lugano is part of a private 11-property estate with CCTV monitoring 24/7, an independent alarm system for each villa, power generators, a helipad, and a jetty for dinghy pick-ups and drop-offs. Within the estate, a staircase carved into the rocks leads down to a rocky dock with sunbeds, offering a quiet place to swim and sunbathe by the sea.
