Pinto Villa

Spectacular, distinctive, and breathtaking are just a few of the words that come to mind when you step into Villa Pinto, perched on the edge of a rocky hill in Agios Lazaros and naturally sheltered from the winds.

This retreat sits a short drive from Mykonos Town and Psarou Beach. Pinto’s setting and design create a sense of privacy and calm, with sea-and-sunset views that take over the horizon. Step outside and watch the sun melt into the sapphire water — it is the kind of scene you will want to return to, summer after summer.

Outdoors

Surrounded by lush gardens, Pinto’s expansive infinity pool is a natural vantage point for sunrise and sunset over the sea. A shaded dining area sets the scene for relaxed alfresco meals, with a wood-fire barbecue close by for Mediterranean-style cooking. Comfortable sunbeds circle the pool, ideal for long afternoons with a book or a quiet siesta between swims. A private path within the estate leads down to a rocky dock by the sea, with sunbeds for sunbathing and refreshing dips in a more secluded setting.

Indoors

Designed by world-renowned interior designer Alberto Pinto, the villa’s rich colour palette and curated artwork bring a distinctive character to the interiors, balancing the strong natural light outside. Views of deep Aegean blue frame many of the rooms, keeping the connection to the sea present throughout the day. The bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy, featuring king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and carefully chosen details that make the spaces feel personal rather than generic.

Good to Know

Agios Lazaros is one of Mykonos’ most sought-after areas, with easy access to Mykonos Town and the southern-coast scene. For beach clubs and late afternoons that run into the evening, venues such as Nammos and Scorpios are within a short drive. Villa Pinto is part of a private 11-property estate with CCTV monitoring 24/7, an independent alarm system for each property, power generators, a jetty for dinghy pick-ups and drop-offs, and a helipad.
