Introducing Sibylle, a private luxury Mykonos villa in Ftelia, featuring fully automated smart-home technology and exclusive wellness and fitness amenities, located close to the cosmopolitan Alemagou Beach bar yet 8 km away from the buzz of Mykonos Town.

It is the perfect place to unwind in privacy before heading to the fancy bars and restaurants downtown. All you need is a group of 13 and a good mood to explore the Cyclades.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of this stunning villa have been developed on three interconnected levels, framed by local plants and a curated landscape, with multiple sitting spots for relaxation, a barbecue, and a separate pergola-protected dining area where you will host memorable dinners with friends and loved ones. But the standout feature is the pools, which visually blend with the Aegean, paired with an outdoor heated jacuzzi for easy, anytime soaking.

Indoors

The interior design of Sibylle leans modern and luxe. Light, airy, and white, the living room almost seems to be floating on the surrounding landscape. Modern furniture draped with soft fabrics and simple touches elevate each room; from the fully equipped kitchen to the sophisticated study corner, and the seven boutique hotel-like ensuite bedrooms, there is nothing inside this luxury Mykonos villa to disturb the harmony of its Scandinavian-inspired design.

Good to Know

Sibylle is one of our Emfasis Donation Villas; when you rent this property, 1% of its cost is donated to a non-profit organization working to help the homeless in Greece. The villa is just minutes away from Alemagou Beach bar and Ftelia, a beautiful north-facing beach, particularly famous among windsurfers. When you return home, a dedicated wellness area awaits with a gym, a marble hammam, and a spa pool, offering a gentle reset between beach time and evenings in Town.
