Are you dreaming of a family vacation in Mykonos right in the heart of action? Welcome to Themis, a luxury Mykonos villa set a short walk from the center of Mykonos Town.

Slip on comfortable shoes—traditional sights and an array of cosmopolitan restaurants and shops are all nearby, so you can easily wander around without a car. Bright, modern lines and town-and-sea views define the mood, and the location is the star. Themis blends simple Cycladic style with convenience, making it an easy base you’ll want to return to year after year.

Outdoors

Themis opens to a broad private terrace facing endless blue and the traditional white Mykonian houses that look like sugar cubes planted on the ground. Stretch out on a lounger by the infinity pool for a cooling swim, then gather in the pergola-shaded dining area for slow lunches. Spend your day at one of the gold-sand beaches nearby and get back to relax on your sparkling pool terrace before you head out to stroll around the famous cobblestone alleys of Mykonos. Remember, you are just a few steps away from the bars and restaurants downtown.

Indoors

Themis is a contemporary take on a typical Mykonian house—white-washed walls, stone floors, and natural textures paired with modern comforts. Stone, steel, and traditional materials are combined with a fully equipped setup, creating a space that feels considered and easy to use. Bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses for restful nights’ sleep, and one suite is wheelchair accessible, making the villa welcoming for all. Neutral tones keep things calm, while discreet tech and thoughtful lighting round out a quietly upscale, homelike feel.

Good to Know

Themis is part of the Signature Portfolio, a unique and exclusive collection of luxury properties in Mykonos offering superior amenities and facilities akin to a 5-star hotel. This summer villa is literally a short walk away from all the waterfront restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies of Mykonos Town, and is equipped with an alarm system, PlayStation, and a home cinema to keep everyone entertained. Ornos Beach is a brief drive away, so you can split days between the pool and the sea without sacrificing the ease of a town-center location.
