Constructed from three beautifully crafted stone buildings, the villa connects internally on the lower level through a spacious 60 sqm playroom, allowing seamless movement between areas while preserving privacy in each distinct space. The interiors embrace a chic, minimalist aesthetic with natural materials and soft earthy tones, enhanced by large windows that beautifully capture the sea views. The main villa features its own entrance, an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three en-suite bedrooms, while the separate guesthouse operates as a self-contained, fully equipped apartment.
